IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Here, at JoyandJannah we endeavor to dispatch all orders placed before 1 pm to be sent out on the same day. We do not ship on bank holidays or weekends unless otherwise specified.
Please note, that all shipping timeframes (other than, the next-day delivery options) are estimated and should only be used as a guide. Please allow extra time during busy periods. If you live in a remote area, the highlands, or Nothern Island please allow an extra working day.
Please note, the day of shipment is NOT considered a transit day by ANY courier service. You will receive an email when your parcel has been dispatched and is with the courier company.
Joy and Jannah reserves the right to upgrade your shipping method where deemed necessary and appropriate including switching to another courier carrier to deliver your items in a reliable and faster manner.

When will my order be sent?
You will receive a dispatched email from us as soon as your package has left the warehouse along with all tracking information. We ensure all orders placed by 1 pm will be sent the same day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking information. If you have a query regarding your tracking information, please email info@joyandjannah.com. In the event of delays and/or issues please contact us immediately to enable us to rectify the matter as soon as possible. Please note, Joy and Jannah is not responsible for delayed packages.
I accidentally gave the wrong shipping information, what do I do?
Please contact us immediately to inform us of the change. If the package has left the warehouse, this may be difficult to amend. If the package is returned to Joy and Jannah, we would be happy to refund the items or -reship the package. Please note, you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
What shall I do, when the order states it has been delivered but I have not received the item?
It's best and quicker to contact the courier service directly - please ensure to have your tracking information to hand.
I have received my order however my item(s) are incorrect/missing and/or damaged,
We are sorry to hear this; however, we will ensure to handle this with the utmost urgency. Please give a detailed description of the order and issues for us to investigate. Any missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the order. For damaged items, please send pictures of damaged items to info@joyandjannah.com.
